A graduate of Istanbul University’s Faculty of Law, A. Selim Avcı specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law, Bankruptcy and Enforcement Law, and Labor and Social Security Law. 

He focuses on managing legal risks and resolving disputes arising from financial distress, helping businesses maintain their debt repayment capacity without disrupting commercial operations. He develops proactive strategies in financial restructuring, concordat, bankruptcy postponement, liquidation, and related legal procedures.
